We also collect a unique Device Identifier (Device ID) for the sole purpose of delivering push notifications for market movements and trading recommendations.

2. Chat History

TradingKT stores your chat history with the AI Agent to maintain the context of your conversations and provide better recommendations. This data is stored securely and is only used for your personal interaction with the app.

3. User Control and Deletion

We believe you should have control over your data. You are allowed to remove your chat history at any time within the application settings. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact our support team.

4. Data Usage and Security

We do not store your identity, usage logs, or detailed device information. Your data is used exclusively to deliver the TradingKT experience. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the information we do store.

5. Third-Party Services

Our app uses third-party services like Google, Apple, and Firebase for authentication and notifications. These services may collect information as governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Compliance and Jurisdiction

This policy is designed to comply with data protection standards in Vietnam. By using TradingKT, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in this policy.
